Inter-generational Conversations Matter!

Paul repeatedly rejoiced in the Lord, even while he was in chains. We learned that even when we are going through hard times, we can praise the Lord, too.  We also learned about what an encouragement the Church in Philippi was to Paul during his struggles.   With this example, we strive to encourage those within the church to persevere through challenges.

We partnered with local churches and students wrote letters to members of these congregations during the month of January to spread God’s love;  sharing prayers, scripture, and artwork with the elderly, the sick, and the hurting.  We had the unexpected surprise of encouragement in return when we received some responses.  We treasure the opportunity to be a blessing to others and thank our friends for their encouragement in return.
