Special Society Meeting – June 11, 2025

A group of HCS Association Members submitted a petition to the HCS Board of Trustees to call a special meeting in order to introduce changes to the Constitution. This petition was signed by at least thirty Members of the Association and was duly addressed to and received by the HCS Board of Trustees on April 28, 2025. Pursuant to Article V of the Constitution, a special meeting is required to be held within 45 days of this submission. Over the past month, the Board has taken time to perform due diligence to prepare for the meeting.

This meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 11 at 6:00 pm in the gymnasium.

In the past, constitutional changes have been introduced by the Board with informational meetings to explain the proposed change and allow opportunities for questions and feedback in advance of a vote.  Considering the Board has not had the opportunity to inform the Association through these community meetings, we have elected to not use Absentee Ballots for this meeting.  Only in-person voting will be accepted.  We encourage all Association Members to attend this important meeting.
