Highland Christian School partners with parents who profess personal faith in Jesus Christ and are living their lives under the authority of God’s Word. Please review our Admissions Standards prior to initiating an application for enrollment. Incoming kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1 of the admissions year and meet readiness requirements.
Please note that the $365 application fee is due when you submit an application for K-8th grade. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our Admissions Office at (219) 838-0356 x165. K-8 Applications are considered complete when the application, fee, recommendations and other supporting documents have been submitted.
K-8 Admissions are closed for the upcoming school year. We will re-open our application for admissions in these grades on Sept 23, 2024. If you are interested in enrollment opportunities for the 2025/2026 school year please complete an admissions inquiry form.

Preschool Registration is an open registration process and forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applying for K-8? Complete the Online Application, pay the $365 application fee, request recommendations, and gather your supporting documents. Once we process your application online, you will have access to your child's record and can upload the requested documents.
The (3) recommendation forms you will request are all linked in the admissions progress checklist when you are logged into OnCampus.
You will also need to supply a copy of the most recent year of report cards and your child’s most recent national test scores. Is your child entering Kindergarten? Sign them up for Kindergarten Readiness here! Here is a list of some of the skills we are looking for with regard to readiness.
Step 3
Schedule your child's incoming student testing. You can self schedule from your child's candidate record in OnCampus or by calling 219-838-0356.
Step 4
Plan your Family's Board Interview! We will reach out to schedule this with you based on the availability of appointments.
Step 5
Complete your enrollment contract! Once you have received your notice of acceptance and have accepted the enrollment contract electronically, you are done!
